PICKING UP ORDERS IS NOW AVAILABLE AT HERBALIST & ALCHEMIST
- When ordering, call customer service to place pickup orders. Please DO NOT place orders online for this type of order.
- Call either 800-611-8235 or 908-689-9020 and choose option 1.
- Processing time for pick-up orders remains the same (usually 1-4 business days).
- You may pick up your order once you receive an email notifying you that your order is ready.
- The email from Herbalist & Alchemist will contain the pick-up locker number and access code.
- Pick-up is at our new location inside the Warren Plaza on Route 57 East in Washington. Some businesses that are in the building with us are Dollar Tree and CB Pet Market.

- Pick-up hours are Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Herbalist & Alchemist is closed on major US holidays & pick-up will not be available when we are closed).
- The order will remain in the locker for 5 business days.
- If the order is not picked up withing the 5 business days, the order will be shipped at an additional charge that will be charged to your credit card.
