40-60 drops (2-3 mL) in juice or water. Take 3-4 times per day.
Do not use if you have hemochromatosis or hemosiderosis.
Include dark green leafy vegetables, beets, Stinging Nettles leaf, sea vegetables and sources of heme iron (organically raised red meats) in the diet; use cast iron cookware.
