We accept orders by
mail accompanied by a check or money order and telephone orders charged to VISA or
MasterCard or shipped COD. The UPS charge for COD is currently $5.75.
To establish a wholesale account with us, please
fill out our application and return it by fax or mail. We will process your request as
quickly as possible.

Please inform us if other arrangements are necessary. For US based
wholesale orders over $250, we pay ground
service shipping.
Returns:
For damaged goods please
notify Herbalist & Alchemist and carrier immediately. Do not discard the packaging.
Returns must be arranged with Lisa in advance. If we make a mistake on your order please
notify us within 10 days of receipt of order and we will quickly repair the problem at our
cost. Returns not due to our error require previous authorization, and a 20% restocking
and processing fee will be subtracted from your credit amount.
International
Orders:
Orders must be prepaid by credit card or in US
funds and preferred method of shipment must be paid and clearly indicated. Call us for
estimates if necessary.
International
orders can be placed on our web site, but shipping quotes only reflect US
ground based shipments. We will adjust your shipping for your destination.
