Bugleweed is a valuable and underutilized herb for
hyperthyroidism—especially the irregular heartbeat, elevated blood
pressure and palpitations often associated with hyperthyroidism.
Bugleweed is astringent and sedative for use in cases of irritation
of the lungs, chronic cough, hemoptysis, blood in the urine and
heart palpitations with a rapid “thready” pulse. |
