Recommendations |
Any treatment for urinary tract is
most effective when combined with dietary changes such as deletion
of sugars from the diet (honey, white or brown sugar, maple syrup,
fruit juices, etc.). Unsweetened Cranberry or Blueberry juice,
Blueberry solid extract or Cranberry extract tablets taken at
alternate times to UT Compound is useful to prevent adherence of
bacteria to the bladder wall. Additional herbs for urinary issues
include Pipsissewa, Couch Grass, Kava, Eryngo, Echinacea and Black
