new David Winston formula: Gentle-Man™
to Support Mature Men’s Emotional Balance.
David Winston RH (AHG) has worked clinically in his
herbal practice with many men facing life changes, such as retirement

this formula, which combines Milky Oat seed, Ashwagandha, Mimosa Bark,
Saw Palmetto, Black Cohosh and Pulsatilla root.
“Milky Oat is a great nerve trophorestorative,” David
said in describing his newest formula. “ Ashwagandha is an adaptogen,
which helps enhances testosterone production, is also a mood elevator
and has mild anxiolytic activity. Mimosa is the great mood elevator. Saw
Palmetto is specific for ‘grumpy old man syndrome’ because it helps to
inhibit conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT) which
contributes to these symptoms. Black Cohosh is for hormonal depression,
as is Pulsatilla.“
