Herbalist & Alchemist Announces Winner of David Winston Lectures on iPod

Anaheim, CA (April 4, 2008) --  Peggy Hotton from Health Store & More in Salisbury Maryland was the happy winner of Herbalist & Alchemist’s 2008 Expo West Contest. The prize was a new iPod loaded with lectures by company founder and noted herbalist David Winston, RH, AGH.

When H&A sales rep Alice Masotes reached the winner, Peggy said, "I was very happy and shocked to win the iPod. I never win anything. I was especially excited because I love David's lectures. I’m looking forward to the education."

“Even though the contest was open to any entrant, it was especially fun for us to be able to give the iPod with all of David’s lectures to such a wonderful customer,” said company CEO Beth Lambert. Health Store & More has been a customer of Herbalist & Alchemist since 2004.

“We had so many people wanting this prize because David’s lectures are legendary,” Lambert said. Winston, an internationally known lecturer, author and ethnobotanist, formulates Herbalist & Alchemist products and leads the company’s staff of herbalists. For over 35 years, David has been studying, practicing, teaching and researching Cherokee, Chinese and Western herbal medicine. For over 25 years David’s world-renowned two-year herbal studies program has been educating Herbalists, Physicians, Nurses, Naturopathic Physicians, Veterinarians, Nutritionists, etc. in the art and science of clinical herbal medicine.

The contest proved so popular that the company will be offering the prize at future trade shows.
